For diners who order live squid, the experience need not end with sashimi. One reported enjoying the translucent squid raw, then having the remaining tentacles made into tempura. One diner enjoyed fugu sashimi with ponzu, along with crab-miso dressing, Tsumari soba and simmered offal. Other diners mention sashimi platters, grilled fish and fugu dishes, as well as a broad selection of sake.
